When I first saw that Twitter has a new free MMORPG called 140Blood, my first thought was “If Twitter was easily thwarted by the Denial of Service hacker attempt last month how stable can it be to host a new MMORPG. With millions of twitter users, won’t it crash Twitter’s server?” Much to my surprise, I was wrong.

There are four realms in 140 Blood. Each with its own set of customs, races, classes and rules. The game play is fairly basic and the graphics are quite impressive. A unique feature of the game is choosing from your followers and other twitter users playing the games to create your history or “bloodline”, inviting them to play along with you. Once you have chosen your history for all games, you are set to embark upon the journey of your choosing.

The realms are:
1. Elven Blood
o Battling dragons and daemons and travelling through heaven and hell.
2. Blood Lust
o You are a Vampire hunter in Medieval Times.
3. Skies of Blood
o Post apocalyptic world. Epic battles of man vs cyborg.
4. City of Blood
o Grand theft Auto, twitter style. Survive in a lawless world, fast paced crime heist action game.

This game is beta tested, but there are still problems that you would expect from this massive of a MMORPG such as dragging game play during peak times, crashing and immature players, but if you can get past that, this game is worth a try.
