Eons after the Dragon War, humans and dragons lived peacefully in separate worlds. Unfortunately it was short-lived as Elga, a powerful and dark dragon, renewed the war, led an army and invaded the human world. Unfortunately for Elga, five human heroes managed to defeat his army, imprisoning the dragon in the process. Peace reigned throughout the land.
One day, a powerful, dark enchantress, Paris, freed Elga from his prison. As doom descends upon the world once more, the human race is tasked in rebuilding its army to thwart Elga’s return.
The arcade style combo system of Dragonica actually makes grinding a very fun and entertaining affair, not that players are required to grind to collect experience points. The game has numerous quests and missions that provide ample XP points that make grinding a moot point.
With some practice and customization, players are sure to be able to perform those insane combo moves that are posted all over the net. But then, some of you would be wondering about community or social stuff? Let’s start with the very basic, the messenger system.
The game has a messenger system with which you can chat with your new found friends, long-time friends or even enemies. With the messenger system and the fun chat system, you can now setup parties with up to four people. With parties you can take part in dungeon raids or go into quests instances. If you want a larger group of people, then there’s a guild system.
You can create your own guild or organize your own parties there. If you want to be competitive, then why not try warring with other guilds? This cutesy game has war as well. If you’re feeling that, then you’re getting pawned all the time; then try upgrading your equipment by making use of the refining system.
If you’re not that type of warrior, then why not be the guild’s cook? I know you’re laughing at or finding this very amusing but effective using the cooking system can make you a great warrior. This is because every dish that you cook becomes a buff that can help you in grinding and PVP.
Finally, we have the dating system. Yes the game has its own dating system for those of us who just can’t find the time to find someone in the real world. Simply click on the couple feature and it will instantly list all the female prospects. You can start messaging them and court them.
Unlike most MMORPGs in the market, the world is presented as a 3D side scroller making it a much easier game to play.
