Doesn't matter to me as long as the game is good. That is all that counts.

Yeah. I look for a game with graphics that won't kill my eyes, and a game that has a great enough gameplay so that it will keep me interested for years.

Downloads can bring bugs and viruses. Browser games ftw!

lol vary true but imo not a big deal if you have virus protection and download from trusted sites only.

Care to explain why it's lame?

I do not have limited bandwidth, and there are periods during the night when I can... Leave my computer on without using it (e.g. while I am asleep).

Downloadable games often have excellent gameplay in comparison to browser-based games. This is because browser-based game developers often do not have as much experience as programmers in the retail MMO industry.

Korean games are the best, because of their music and pseudo-cartoon-like graphics... Yet I play online browser-based games more often because it is easier to accumulate in-game communities and/or play with people as the browser-based games have stronger communities.

So downloadable games are only good if you have/make a friend in-game, and games where you have to pay a subscription fee in order to play usually will have the best community (RO, Fairyland, etc.).

And I always value a mentally-enrichening PvP-system, such as those featured in... Subspace Continuum, Hyperbol, and Guild Wars.

P.S. RS was considered lame by competitive gamers because of the anti-PvP sanctions... But now there is a PvP server!
