Games for Change

I'd like to see MMOs made with a purpose.
An ethical one, not an economical one.

This company really struck me as fulfilling these purposes in the game-design: Games for Change (G4C) -- home

Like what? For educational purpose (school topics??) or for more like social values, emotions? I do think that it is a great idea to build websites with purpose but only games (not even MMOs) with serious purposes are in academia or in non-profit. Usually, in academia, they get designed, used for academic research then got forgotten... until someone reads a published article on it. There are of course exceptions like Hurricane Katerina, a flash game with a serious purpose. There needs to be more examples people can access and play. I dont know any serious MMO yet...

That would be cool. They should make a good storyline and game play for that.
