Chrysalis is a world teeming with a wide variety of life forms. Immersing into this world requires you to take the shape of Humans, Elves, Poms – an odd race of little mechanics, Lupines, Tarune, Lyell all unique beast races and the mysterious Taxn humans – visitors from a distant continent.
Neo Steam Online is a free to play MMORPG from start to finish. Similar to other free to play online games we see today, premium items and experience boosters could be purchased to improve their gaming experience. Those with change to spare can also take advantage of the optional subscription service that gives them the chance to purchase special items thru the game’s premium shop.
Players who wish to stand out from the crowd can do this by acquiring one-of-a kind items like mounts or special costumes. Players can also choose from a variety of armors, weapons and accessories to give them their distinct look. The list of quirky items includes ridiculously big hats, crazy looking bags, and your standard wing offerings.
There are a total of 16 character builds to choose from, each class having their own distinct skill and ability to distinguish itself from the other types. Great care should be taken when developing your character. Progression is pretty straight forward and there are currently no options for changing when you’ve chosen a class.
You have your standard base classes to choose from, scouts, warriors, mystics and machinists. You are then given the choice of further specializing each class into two more sub classes. One of the things which can certainly catch a player’s fancy is the machinists. This class has the uncanny ability to craft special weapons to destructive siege turrets. Coming on top of the game does not only requires great skills but having an excellent complement of items and weapons.
