Having a Ball with Fiesta Online

The world of Free MMORPGs has become so popular that keeping a tab on all of the titles is becoming more difficult. The influx of these games has definitely left an imprint on the gaming market. One of the first truly good free MMORPG titles we have encountered was Fiesta Online and it was a pleasant surprise to see that after a so many years it still has the power to pack gamers to its side.

Fiesta Online really lives up to its name. The world is filled with bright anime inspired graphics and a festive soundtrack to keep you on your feet. This might be a game more suited to a younger audience because of its environment but simple game play and an active community are intangibles that make it a huge success.

You start out the game either as a cleric, fighter, mage or archer struggling to keep the horde of evil monsters from taking over the world of Isya. Players are faced with the difficult dilemma of eliminating the evil monsters which looks so harmless you just couldn’t kill them.

The world of Fiesta Online is set in a light atmosphere that this is evident in the wooden stick horses that serve as mounts shuffling players from one destination to another. Visit the player’s market and you would be welcomed to a forest of mushrooms serving as their market stalls.

Fiesta Online has certainly been around the block. Originally released in 2007, Fiesta Online’s community has steadily grown thru the years. A steady flux of patches and new contents has also kept players interested in continuing their adventure. With the introduction of new dungeons, quests and a new feature called Guild Tournaments, the game has been able to keep itself in touch with the newer titles.

The game has an easy user interface and has added a few touches of its own that make it a little bit easier. Some of the cool stuff is purchased thru the games online store and the money made is responsible for keeping the ball rolling.

At first glance, Fiesta Online looks as if it was designed for kids and teens because of the anime inspired graphics. But a well written story, a great mix of quests and dungeons could provide even diehard MMORPG fanatics a game they could get their hands dirty with.

Another new feature in the game is the all new housing feature. This allows players to own a piece of Fiesta Online making playing the game a more personal experience. Owning an estate can be achieved by purchasing it outright or awarded through a quest. Your home is represented by a mushroom and can accommodate a group of 15 for a chat or party.

A strong and supportive community more than anything else has kept Fiesta Online one of the best Free MMORPGs even after being out in the market for years. Simple touches like new quests and dungeons will also go a long way in keeping its loyal followers logging in to the game for a couple of more years.
