There are two races to choose from when you’re creating your character; human and elf. The humans are more on physical strength, raging with might and vigor as they engage in melee combat. Dwelling deep inside the forest are the elves. As nature lovers, elves have grown accustomed to keep to their comfort zones and to protect it by all means.

Initially, there are three character classes to choose from. The first is the fighter class that specializes in close combat. After that they could choose to advance to become a guard or warrior. Those of the Rogue class are the heavy hitters of Luna Online. The option of being a long range or close range fighter is available specifically for this class. Job change offers are the voyager and Ruffian class once you have advanced.

Lastly, the mage are the spell casters of the game using staves as their weapon. Healing and ultimate magic are their true expertise. Their magic also has the power of increasing the defenses or speed of their allies. Available career advancements are the Cleric and Wizard.

At the beginning you will be directed to the gate of Alker. You’ll get to hear Luna for the first thru your heart as she explains the situation in Blue Land which is already infested with evil creatures. As the player, you will have the task of weeding out these pests from the land. Here, you will be battling monsters that don’t look like what you expect because they’re just too cute and can give you second thoughts about killing them.

As you open up your inventory space for the first time, there will be two surprise boxes that are loaded with surprise equipments. You will get to open them up at different levels. Job changes are available once you reach levels 20, 40 and 75.

Luna Online has a Family System that would enable you to own a farm. A family consists of 5 members wherein you get the chance to choose a mother and a father among the group. Having a farm is an advantage as it gives you a chance to gain fame in the game. In the farm you get to breed pets, grow crops and help each other by exchanging weapons and items.

Self-expression has never been animated. You’ll have a wide array of emoticons, facial expressions and dance movements.
