Luna Online: The In’s and Out’s
In order to be the mightiest in Luna Online, there are other options besides grinding on the field- one of which is farming. There are many ways in which this farm can be beneficial to a player; such as getting rare items that are available only in the crops you harvest and getting exceptional items from raising your own pets.
But, of course, in order for you to have a farm of your own, there are certain requirements. You need a family of 5 to pitch-in. Also, a minimum of 500,000 family points are needed so you still need that ultimate bonding experience with your family. One family can own only one farm since there are only 60 lands available in the farm region. If all are occupied already you just have to wait for someone who can’t afford to pay their weekly rental of the farm.
Once you’ve built your own little farm, then it’s time to be your own master and make some money. A farm can accommodate only 15 plants at a time. To start planting, you need to buy seeds and fertilizers from the shop to boost your plants growth. The seeds take an hour and a half to fully grow. It takes four stages before they are ready for harvesting.
When harvested, these plants can give you rare weapons or weapon upgrades- the same things with pets.
Fishing system
When you’re tired of your everyday routine in Luna Land, try fishing. Not only does it relax you from the everyday stress of fighting monsters. You can also get something out of your new found hobby. The fish you catch might just be a very useful item for you. Sometimes you’ll miss, but when you do get a perfect shot from a nice angle you’ll get more than what you expected. In any case, you’ll still get a fish. The quality of fish you’ll get depends on the quality of your fishing rod and bait. Also, to help you be in the mood for fishing day, there are available costumes that are sea-themed.
Here’s a quick preview of some of the available maps in the game.
The starting map will be at the Gate of Alker where you’ll be briefed on the situation of the Blue Land. This is your starting point to get experience points. There are several quests available for you to begin with. Once you’re strong enough, the other quests will lead you to the following maps.
Moonblind Forest is a place with bears, orcs, bats and golems as monsters. This is one perfect training ground for levels 35 to 40.
For the fishing enthusiasts, Moonblind Swamp provides rare fishing spots where you can catch fish that yield rare weapons. A Hunter Board Union can also be found where you will receive emblems once you have completed each task assigned to you.
Is your hungry for some boss killing, then the Red Orc Outpost is your place to go. It is swarming with orcs where they have built several camps that have their own bosses.Mount Blanc is a mini town that has storage and merchant goods such as potions. This is where PVP mode is possible. But always be careful since there could be a chance that you will lose some items or gold if you die.
Howling Ravine is the perfect place for grinding. It is a strategic place where hordes are always present in every corner. Plus the monsters are melee types so it is more efficient to lure and kill them in any way you can.
