Mu Online Season 4 delivers a revised user interface that makes gameplay more natural and intuitive. The chat window has a cleaner look which gives an unobstructed view of the game. The graphics has been improved to give a crisper and sharper image that is much improved from Season 2. The skill bar now shows better hotkey information and shift-right clicking on a different player now shows a pop-up menu which gives you the choice of whether to party, trade, whisper or follow.
The Summoners have lived a lifetime in solitude and with such isolation that they have become very hostile to outsiders. Descendants of ancient blood, left untainted for centuries. They are masters of nature and call upon spells.
Blessed and cursed, Summoners have the special ability to communicate with souls. This ability which is different from an Elf’s natural harmony allows the Summoners to communicate to another world. Through a ceremony, the ability was bestowed upon them at birth so they can make Spells channeled through a holy object. They can also channel a different world through the holy object.
Through meditation and prayer, these beings can receive visions with the ability called “The Third Eye.” When using this ability, they can find the enemy’s weak point and remove the enemy’s soul.
Elbeland
Located between the snowy peaks of Devias and the underwater sprawl of Atlans, Elbeland is home to a mysterious tribe of people exiled from their homes. After evil powers destroyed their previous home, this tribe moved here guarded by tall mountain peaks along its borders and dense fog shrouding its entrances. The area is well protected from major incursions.
Elbeland is a beautiful but harsh environment. Players between levels 10 to 50 will find many challenges awaiting them here. New quests, monsters and adventures await.
La Cleon
Adjacent to Devias, La Cleon is the place where wizard Etramu found the magical metal Semicrocon which he used in creating his fabled spellbook responsible for sealing Kundun. Bitterly cold and unforgiving, the area is rife with magical energy as well as natural hazards. It is also home to the monstrous spider Selupan, a creature that many adventurers have fallen prey to.
A harsh adventure zone designed for players level 270 and above, La Cleon is just but one of the new areas to explore in the upcoming Season 4.
The Swamp of Calmness
The Swamp of Calmness is a brand new zone in Season 4 for level 400 characters. A single safe zone in the center of the area acts as the main hub with exits leading out into the harsh environment.
New adventures entering the swamp will be greeted with a land where the sky is never seen and ground is always wet, a land of eternal marsh and fog. Due to its long seclusion from the rest of the world, it was long used as a pirate haven. Now, savage creatures have managed to grow here, unabated by humankind.
With the land open to outsiders for the first time, the king of MU has specially ordered that warriors are to be awarded for clearing the land of the deadly inhabitants.
Illusion Temple
Illusion Temple is a PVP event zone for a maximum of 10 players and a minimum of two players, accessible by talking to Mirage the Mummy in Elbeland.
You will however require an invitation to enter, which is obtained by combining certain items at the Chaos Goblin Machine. The zone has five separate levels. Once the event starts, players are assigned to a random team and get a team uniform.
Among the great number of MMORPG I prefer those with intuitive navigation, a comprehensive user interface, and a unique graphical player guide!!! Hope this game will meet my requirements!
