The Jade Nightingale has been found yet war continued to rage across the Perfect Land. Heroes and Path Seekers flocked to the banners of the different Warlords.

Initially, these clashes between warring clans devastated the countryside and killed innocent bystanders. The clans, however, were led by sensible men and women. They realized that if they wanted to take full advantage of the resources available in the territories, it was in their best interest to keep the surroundings and infrastructure intact.
They instead warred in forts built on open fields where their magic and siege engines did little damage to critical businesses. This new behavior coupled with the influx of exotic materials due to the Path Seekers hunting of the soulless in the countrywide and their venturing into dens and lairs of various dangerous beasts and spirits created the foundations for a booming business scene.
Even in wartime, the clans spent much on supplies. When the winners went to take the spoils they had extra funds to spend on other luxuries. With Path Seekers travelling all over the land, wares were made available in locations where they could be imagined frequently. The Perfect World became a smaller place.
With faster modes of travel so much in demand, innovators rose to the call. Maters of art of flight developed new methods of increasing the power of the native wings of the Wingkin with new exotic reagents. Trainers bred huge birds to carry heavily armored warriors and pets of titanic proportion. Fa Shi specialists imbued greater constructs with even more powerful magic to carry their weapons into battle.
Greater wealth brought about different trends in fashion. Tailors, seamstresses, and weavers were hard at work creating new fashion for Heroes and Path Seekers with more aesthetic tastes in clothing. Exotic dyes were either produced from exotic reagents or imported at great cost and taken from Dream Port. Also, a curious, new item was also brought along.
