This MMORPG is a fantasy game originally published by Jagex. Like other traditional fantasy games, it is open-ended and how the story ends is entirely up to you. It has a fairly large community to that makes its large world handsomely populated. The skills are based on progression unlike other games that it depends on the levels.

Even though there are a lot of superiorly engineered graphic games in the world of MMORPG today, Runescape still appeals to many players. First of all, this is a browser game. You create you character, login, and play the game all in your browser.
Character creation is easy but does not offer much in terms of personalization. For those with not so capable computers, the game offers the option to play it in low or high quality settings. However, playing the game in high quality mode gives you a more graphically satisfying experience. The game has been around for quite a while and the overall quality of the game is starting to show some age.
The game begins with the player learning the basics in tutorial mode. All the basics of gameplay are taught here, from simple fishing to weapon making. Skills are improved according to the activities you choose. If you want to improve your smithing skills and disregard the rest of the skills then this is a decision which is entirely up to you. Fighting skills are also taught from melee to ranged combats.
Strength, defense, hitpoints, attack, and magic all fall on ranged combat skills. However, fighting at the start of the game is pretty simple. This gives players an excellent way of progressing and learning basic skills before they deal with advance combat tactics.
The city of Lumbridge is where you can locate your first quest. There is also a list of achievements that you can pursue in three categories: beginner, easy, and medium. The Lumbridge/Draynor can easily be completed by players. Because it is an open-ended game, you can just play around with or without any objective.
You can become a warrior, mage, and craftsman all at once just as long as you have trained in all these categories. This means that you do not have to create different characters just to master these. You can raise your skills through repetition. It may seem silly but it is one of the best ways to increase their character’s skills.
Economy grows according to how you handle them. You can choose to trade in large markets for items that are difficult to find or obtain. You could also choose to go through the different quests in haunted mansions, dungeons, or wilderness.
When your character is killed, you are resurrected in another place. All items carried are left behind at the spot where you died. This makes Runescape a hardcore game. There is also a limited carrying space so be sure to plan you travels thoroughly. Overall, the game in terms of graphics is not really that good. But with so many players enjoying this game, graphics is not much of an issue.
