Special Force Online’s persistent character creation or PC let’s you create your own special force soldier choosing from the different real life special forces around the world as the French CIGN, Russian SPETSNAZ, US Delta Force and much more. Once you’ve chosen your soldier, buy primary, secondary and thrown weapons as well as an array of equipment to help you in those tight spots.
The weapons used in Special Force are based on real life weapons. Each weapon has its own unique statistic to suit different playing styles. When using your weapon, the game takes into account your weapons, damage rate, accuracy, recoil, weigh and rate of fire. These factors should be considered in calculating the damage you do to other players.
Special Points
There are two types of SP or Special Points in the game. These are “purchase SP” and “combat SP” is the currency for purchasing items or services in Special Force Online. When playing the game for the first time, players are given 60,000 “purchase SP” from which they can allocate these resources to reach their lethal form potential in the game. Each item has its own expiry varying from 3 days to permanent.
Although “purchase SP” cannot be bought directly, there are certain items that can be purchased by exchanging real money for game credits. The “combat SP” gauge indicates the amount of “combat SP” required before a player is given more “purchase SP.” Each time the “combat SP” gauge reaches 120,000 the player receives 10,000 “purchase SP” for free.
“Combat SP” is gained thru experience which is attained by eliminating your opponents or completing missions. The amount of “combat SP” gained may vary depending on the kill/ death ratio. Performing objectives also has different “combat SP” equivalents such as planting/ defusing the bomb, evading the enemy and reaching the extraction point or retrieving the item and bringing it back to the safe zone. “Combat SP” is also gained when receiving a Special Point or combat medal during the game.
There are certain instances that a player may randomly get a Special Point or combat medal. You can increase the chance of getting the SP combat medal by purchasing certain items that increases the chance of getting an SP combat medal. Such information can be accessed thru the detail button found in each item so carefully check each item available for the characters for maximum probability of getting an SP medal.
