Lineage 2 is one of the more popular free MMORPG titles out in the market today. This massive patch was introduced to add more excitement and adventure to an already awesome game.
Kamael, the First Throne is the newest episode of Lineage 2, a medieval massive multiplayer online RPG created by NCsoft. The single winged Kamael race is the latest addition to the five pre-existing races: Human, Orc, Elf, Dark Elf and Dwarf.
Gamers will expect a totally different new game in Kamael. It doesn’t matter if you’re a novice or veteran because Kamael is whole new thing, a whole new battle.
Some of the great features included in the latest game are the option of playing Fortress Battles 24/7 and the great visual effects associated with the transformation of players. It also boasts a greater game balance and a new set of skills and weapons to enhance player stats and abilities. There are also numerous dungeons and maps to keep even the most avid Lineage II fanatic on their heels.

The New Attribute System
There are four types of elemental attributes and two types of holy-unholy attributes, as well as one unholy attribute. The following opposing attributes are:
- Fire and Water Attribute
- Earth and Wind Attribute
- Darkness and Divinity Attribute
The attack damage depends on the difference between the value of the attack and defense attribute. The attributes could be imbued on items that are S-grade or better. An item however, may only have one type of attribute at a time.
In order to replace an attribute to an item, simply go to the Attribute NPC in Aden or Rune to cancel the first attribute. Once the original attribute has been removed from the item a new attribute may be installed. In order to place an attribute you must first get hold of a stone, jewel, crystal or energy item. Players can get a hold of these premium items easily on the new high-level hunting grounds.
Installing an attribute on an item increases its defense or attack stats. An attribute mounted on any type of armor increases its defense stats against an opposite attribute. Attaching a fire attribute on an armor or helmet for example increases it resistance to fire weapons or attack. There is a small chance of forging the new attribute but this will not destroy the original item.
For weapons, only two attributes could be forged on the items, the weapons attribute power and buff. If both attack and buff attribute types are similar this will result to a more powerful item. However, if you mistakenly attach two types of attributes only the weapons attribute will be displayed. For armor, all attributes types will be applied on the item.
