If you’re one of the millions who are currently hooked to MMO’s it wouldn’t be surprising if it takes a little bit harder for you to get excited in a new game. Like most MMO games, there’s the usual questing, PvP’s and hours upon hours of grinding which seem to take the teeth out of any good RPG.

Wonderland Online sets you off as one of the different characters each eager to start their quest in a brave new world. There is nothing much at first in terms of character customization but this quickly fades away as you steadily level up in the game.

You’re adventure starts as you find yourself on a ship where you are brought to a deserted island. Game introduction starts with a little bit of hunting and gathering where you are eventually pointed to a bigger island where the real adventure starts.

The Story

The game features a good storyline which helps you absorb the world better. Each quest opens a new page in the storybook that provides a better understanding on why you are assigned a specific task. The game offers a good number of quests and what makes them truly special is that each task gives you a better perspective on the game.

One of the quests requires you to gather a group of 12 warriors that can be distinguished by the zodiac signs in their body. Other interesting twists with the game include quests where you require the services of the local people in accomplishing your objective.

Useful items

Grinding for hours could be the major drawback with MMORPG’s. Wonderland Online goes out of the way to address this by allowing players to enjoy the game without being physically present in front of their computers.

• Remote Control

You can get this useful tool from Welling Village. This feature can come in handy for people who need to spend more time away from their computer. The Remote Control gives you the ability to grind or hunt for items. This allows you set a small area for your character where it can move independently with your set of instructions. This is much similar to game bots but are totally sanctioned by the game masters.

• Vacuum Cleaners

This item can certainly raise a few eyebrows. Makes you wonder how a simple cleaning appliance proves to be an invaluable item in a game. However, the Vacuum Cleaner can only be picked up upon entering Elf’s Tear in the Holy Village. This equipment allows you to gather resources automatically every 5 minutes. It may not be as fast compared to gathering items manually. It does however free you from the shackles of your computer.

At first glance, Wonderland Online might appear to be another run of the mill MMORPG but a closer look would reveal that along with the usual features comes an option that lets you enjoy it while attending to other commitments.
